Max is looking for a new home with spaniel experience where he can go for long walks and continue his training. Max would love a couch to relax on! He has lived in a house but is used to being in a kennel while his owner is at work.

Max is very loving with people in the home but he does not seek attention from people or dogs outside, he will allow a pet but he does not look for it. Again, he would not initiate play with other dogs when out but does not mind them.

Max can be left for a few hours. He enjoys travelling in the car and jumps into the boot. On walks, he can pull on the lead and is happier off lead, although his recall is hit or miss due his love of a good sniff. This could be worked on in his new home, Max likes using his brain and would enjoy training.

He is calm at the vets. Max tolerates being washed and is fine being brushed. He is used to sleeping in his crate. Max is very excited in the mornings but calms down once he has been let out in the garden.

Max loves to run around in a grassy park chasing birds. He loves chew toys (the hardier ones as he will chew through others too quickly), and he loves food, which he will eat too fast so needs a slow feeder. He is calm in the home and can relax all day, enjoying snuggles on the couch.
