Handsome Zeb is looking for a new home that must have experience of Dobermans or large dog breeds. He would love a quiet rural home with a garden to run around in. Zeb is strong and pulls on the lead so his new home will need to take this into account.

Zeb is super excited to greet people in the house, he loves people and getting attention. He is good with children but has not lived with them before so we advise he would be best to live with 12 or 13 years and older due to his size and strength.

On walks, Zeb is happy to play with other dogs and is generally friendly towards them; he will bark at dogs if they pass the garden fence. Zeb pulls on the lead and wears a harness. His recall is good off-lead but he has a high prey drive and gets too distracted if there are birds or small animals around.

Zeb can be left for several hours but has been used to having company throughout the day. Zeb is good travelling in a car but will whine with excitement, then settle. He has experience with staying in kennels and has behaved very well. He is happy to be washed and brushed.

His favourite things are eating a bone and getting lots of attention. Zeb would eat a bone all day if he could! He loves going on long walks where he can run and sniff around. Due to Zeb’s height and the fact he is ruled by his stomach, you can’t leave food lying around or he will get it! He likes sleeping on an armchair, long legs spread out.

If you think you have room for Zeb in your home, please apply for him.
